ended up instaling a tv program, a Express Filesprogram and still no SEOMoz file... clicked on the Torrent button, it goes to a 504 gateway timeout all the time...

Have you ever downloaded a torrent or know how to do it?
First of all, you need a torrent client such as Utorrent for example. In case you don't have a torrent client, you can download Utorrent here:

Torrent client software is completely safe. What you need to be careful about is regarding what torrents you download. Make sure to only download torrents from trustworthy sources. I can guarantee you that the one I uploaded is completely clean.
If you already have a torrent client (anyone) or after you install one, the easiest and fastest way to download the torrent is by choosing one of the two options below:
1) Copy the magnet link and paste it into your address bar. This should immediately open your torrent client and prompt you to download the torrent.
2) You can go to the Fenopy page through the link provided, and click on "Magnet Link". This should also open your torrent client and prompt you to download the torrent.
It is really very simple. You just have to pay attention on what each "download" button is offering you to download because in all file sharing and torrent websites, they spread a lot of bogus "download" buttons that are for nothing you want to download.
By the way, I still have my torrent client open but don't see activity showing that anyone is downloading the torrent. Is it that no one is trying or that the seeding is not working?

When I click on the Fenopy link I posted, it goes directly to the torrent page and my torrent client opens when I click on the magnet link. I don't know why it gives you an error. But I am glad that the magnet link worked for you.
I do see that there are people downloading the torrent now.
I'll leave my torrent client seeding overnight, but I hope other people will seed too. I think the downloads are faster when there are more seeds.
The Sentence below may be true, however, foundations of SEO themselves (regardless of updates) have stayed true, and everything that promotes the foundation should be watched, studied, and learned, and then the "Updates" can be learned next.
