Just use at least 6-7 keywords. Then optimize your keywords on google ..

Yes, you can use 100 targeted keywords in a website. I suggest you to buy a domain name and rent a web hosting service then install Wordpress's software into it. Each keyword is a blogpost, mean: you need to write 100 blogposts. All articles must be original and unique. Then acquire backlinks toward each blogpost for top ranking at Google.

Don't choose keywords that highly competitive because these keywords hardly get top ranking at Google.

Don't submit 100 articles (with 100 keywords) to a blog in a day. Submit 1 - 3 articles to a blog everday.

I think it's negative.
