When I try to upload the theme I get "Install Failed" and this:

"The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet."

Anybody know how I can fix this? Thanks.

Have you uploaded with FTP? I haven't tried yet, but will...

Working, thank you. First of all, I use it in my localhost. just use cpanel> file manager for online applications.
