Looks like Vick Stizheus is a con artist...

He's delivering his sales message in a very "con"-fident way.

And - as I already said: He either got help from some top guys in the IM sales game or he's a d*** good sales man and simply learned from the best!

The course itself (HTA) seems to be stuff that does not hold on to the promises (lots of refund requests / scam complaints). So get the CB marketplace software and find your own ways for traffic generation.
