sorry mate, you can't say it as complete garbage.. as this stuff is ok. not good but i will say this is ok, light info for newbies but if want to dominate google you should raise you skill.

Start Using Senuke Soaftware and How to use Senuke Tutorials (There is lot shared in this forum). You dont need anymore SEO guide from then... Its covered everything.
