Yep.... found out too... plugin won't install this way.
The archive is packaged one directory too deep.
Build a new zip archive, that only contains the 'hybridconnect' folder and its contents.
Alternatively, here is my own repackaged version:

i got error on my site while activate this plugin, and back normal while deactivated.
my site won't open, its only loading read static.ak.facebook.com onthe status bar..
anybody have the idea why?

Just add anything to license details.
Then setup as normal.
Then when updates are released you should be able to update and still use, if not then i will update as and when i'm online
