From what I gather by looking at all the files its not a wordpress theme, just upload all the files to your domain host or sub-folder.
Great share thanks,but in the PDF the guy said it cost him $500 dollars to do the scribe video, but i think that's just a marketing
tactic,because you can go here www (dot) sparkol (dot) com and sign up for $22 a month you can do the same thing,better yet you can start a Fiverr gig and charge $5 dollars to do these videos. 5 gigs a month will pay for the monthly fee alone or more will bring you profit.

You had some additional questions on custom-made scribbles videos:
1st: You need to join Fiverr to be able to order gigs. Browsing is possible without being a member.
Cartoons = hand drawn images (black n white or coloured - pencil style) are the base of scribble videos.
Marketing scribbles = hand-drawn looking text (you might choose a font that looks like that)
->contain the messages inbetween the images (e.g. Do You know, how Your Website is Seen by your Mobile Customers?)
Give all (numbered) images and textlines to a scribble artist and he'll do the video.
Give him the voice over (as script or self-spoken audio file) so he roughly knows how long the scribbles need to take to appear and delete from screen.
Hire a voice over artist to do the professional voice over. (show him the video via unlisted youtube, so he can do his job!)
Get some free marketing music loops.
Mix the music with the voice over (there are free tools and good instructions for that available on the web)
Mux the audio with the video.
Convert to MP4
Upload to your favourite video host.
Embed in your web site :-)
