how would payments work? I mean even if you had a US identity, what if your paypal account is not a US paypal account? would that work?

They no longer pays to their reviewers. The only way you can use your credits is to participate in their sweepstakes and Internat Marketing tool, services like 5,000 Banner Ads on Traffic Swarm (You need 1,000 Credits for that!). If you want service like these and have no money to spend then go use IMRC otherwise it'll be a total waste of your valuable time nothing else.

P.S. There is no EASY method online that can guarantee you easy money. If you find one be my guest and post it here, I will be more than happy to give it a try!
