Over 6 months ago I created my own flyer based on this but got no takers. I spent two days going around to small biz owners, lawyers offices, etc but only 4 interested and no follow-thru's by the owners. Good luck anyway.

Volume 1 is to become the 'print house' for real estate agents. They have lots of designs for them where the 'designer' just exchanges images and description to produce a 'new flyer'.

These here (volume 2) are for offline marketers who have no design skills.
Just fil in your company data and hand them to potential clients after you spoke with them.

You might also print them to PDF and send them out by email.

The ScoreCards are the best part:
-include a screenshot of their actual website
-tell them what is wrong with it
-->send these as post cards and you'll definitely get responses
