I've downloaded all the files too and can't find any program to open them. I've searched the and can only come up with the explanation that these are 'Unix' files not, as I supposed '7-zip'... anyone got answers/solution?

Well I just tried changing the .ext to .zip with no luck. It did show a deeply nested file but read as damaged... Will keep trying/ experimenting on my own and post results until one of the shinning stars here comes to our (hopefully) rescue.
