Netspend only accepts people from US as you need a SSN

Addendum: Netspend is only valid for US citizens.

If you're a non-US citizen you can use Payoneer, you can direct deposit Amazon, Clickbank, Paypal and many other affiliate companies commissions to your account/debit card with it. I just came across and it has lot's of advantages for internet marketers.
Especially if your country is ran down by Paypal.

There is Payoneer, it provides you a real credit card that you can use wherever you are ;)
