Weird... it suddenly stopped working on my laptop. Re-installed it... nothing. I click on it, it does the wait mouse thing... then nothing... checked task manager not running.

Double checked admin access... no idea

Use 'yourUninstaller' For Complete uninstalation and the try to Install again
