When the title looked like - "Marketing Sherpa: 2012 Inbound Marketing Handbook" - no one download this stuff.
I had only to add the price of this book in the title - "Marketing Sherpa: 2012 Inbound Marketing Handbook - $397", and the people immediately began to download it.
People love free, but expensive free people love so much more!
