Found the zip of the plugin in one of my searches. It's a webinar registration plugin for WP.
Installed it and checked with infected-check plugin, came out clean.
I added 2 additional years (2013 and 2014) in the .php file because it had only 2011 and 2012 (if you have a webinar in 2013...you couldn't declare it when constructing your page). That's most probably because the plugin version in wordpress dashboard says BETA.
Anyway, it's fully functional. Test it and see if you have a use for it.
