Click Jacker is a waste of time in my opinion. The "jacked" page does not have a scroll bar so it will be apparent to anyone with a brain that there is something wrong and they will probably leave the page regardless of the popup. Also the "exit" pop feature doesn't work effectively. It gives the eternally annoying "Leave/Stay?" dialogue box which is a totally ineffective popup for this kind of use.
Add normal page scrolling to the jacked page and a true unblockable exit popup (a-la porn site type exit pops) and you would have something that can be useful.
As it stands, I'd bag it and move on.
