You should not sent the clicks to the sales page.

Maybe you should sent him to a squeeze page (optin) and there may be some result.

Actually 2 years or older ebook i don't really mind. But Bidvertiser Traffic Conversion REALLY SUCKS !

yes.. its true.. its very old method where we can't get any clickbank conversions now a days
