My review so far
I ordered 1 general article and 1 Amazon product review 19.05.13 through web form on Andrew's site.
21.05.13 received e-mail that order delivered and I can download my order from my account page. But DL link points to some mumbo-jumbo file with ".partial" at the end. So I can not open my file. I contacted Andrew about this matter and received reply mail 22.05.2013 with "I am sorry about it. I will check it out." After that till now - dead silence.

It is little bit upset cause the ordering web form is good, pricing is good, example articles and reviews are good. Time delivery is not good. Will wait for updates.

UPD: Andrew send me corrected file less than in a 24 hours after my message. Good response. Quality of articles is very good (I am not native English speaking person, so IMHO). Thanks. I hope it was the one time problem, cause as I said earlier, I like this service. Will test again.

UPD2: I have ordered 5 more articles. And they were ready in two day with very good quality. So, I will stick with Andrew so far.

Andrew, I have placed an order for 4 articles 2X800 and 2X500. Looking forward to have some quality articles as usual.
