As far as I know, just update it with default updater and then again crack it with the crack you used before. It will show you the 0.29 version but in database it will be updated!

You are correct. SENuke.exe will be 0.29 but all other files/databases update to the latest. As all the adds and removals are in the downloaded files, using the older exe is not a problem.
