Festival Toilet @ just extract the file .rar
and again create archive with .zip file (pack again to zip file)

I unrar'ed the file and then zipped the internal plug-in folder back up as a zip and it installed with no problem.

Try uploading it to your wp-content/plugins folder via FTP.
