Hi! I wanna know if it´s possible to add an ad in my blogger website that appears when you enter the web and you need to complete an action in order to see the content, and how can I do this. Does anyone know?

I think you are referring to a content gateway. I believe this can be installed in your blogger site through CPA networks which offer this, like CPAlead and AdworkMedia
