Uh yeah i got sent the proxies /cough. In the email i was sent was a link to a page where you have to pay for the proxies. The OP should have stated this was going to cost money. Bit deceiving if you ask me.

Just to let everyone know that the OP has replied with link to file containing the proxy list, however the file is located at a paid file hosting site.
In order to download the file you need to pay 0.99 via Paypal. I know it's not much, but I expect the OP to come clean and explain it beforehand. As the other has said I smell fish-stick and it's proven.
To the OP: if you're sincerely willing to help your fellow BBHF members why don't you just put the file in some friendly hosting site i.e: Mediafire or Rapidshare.
