Theme is complete, with video Instructions, xml file, images, and required plugins. If you have WP Twin, that is also included.

Raven, I am using the regular WP install from the dashboard. I tried it 2x's and it asked my did I really want to do this but it did not install for me.

You need to unzip the downloaded file first. The theme-zip is included there with other files (instructions, wptwin etc.)..
It will not install from the download, as this does not contain a theme-folder WP could interpret...

Did you try uploading it via FTP or C-Panel?
Certain themes are to big to be uploaded through Wordpress.
