On the other hand, if you see on your styles.css file things like "Theme shared by xxxxx" it's a good idea to check it.
The first thing you could do is download an Exploit scanner like grepwin. Run the program and search the downloaded folder (R-click and choose grepwin) for strings like "mail(" and "eval(" If you find any, open the source file and clean.
After, use grepwin again to search for cracker info in the theme like the one I mentioned above (if you see "shared by xxxx" inside the styles file, run a search about "xxxx") Sometimes i find variants of this e.g the name of the group with spaces between the letters e.g. x x x x
Then you can run TAC for WP and see if anything else pop-up
