I have an email list consisting of about 10k people who subscribed to my newsletter.
Been searching on the web for some decent email monetizing but not really finding a good advertising network.
Goal is to earn a little money by placing advertisements in the emails.

Anyone got any experience with this specific topic?

There are a lot of ways to monetize.

Depending on the niche, you can sell affiliate products,
...you can sell ad space in your emails,
or you can sell solo ads,
just to name a few.
