does the form work for any of you guys?

i'm not sure about the form yet, but yesterday when i tried to upload the wp theme it failed. did it work for you?

Its not a WP theme its just a straight standalone. I think I'm not getting the emails because it has to be on a primary domain and I have it on a subdomain

@seopimping I searched around for a solution, but I am no coder so I do not know what questions to ask!!
This WP Transformer plugin looks like it might work ... but any shared links I found are dead ... I pm'd the posters on the thread to ask for a re-up. Yellowpipe is a free online HTML>PHP translator.
IF anyone has successfully modded the html+php code to work correctly as a page on WP, I would really appreciate a share of that!
