That's cos the infections are packed into the dll (driver) files, and not the exe.
The OP says it's clean though and maybe does not understand FUD, so enjoy his share!

and my virus total is from the archive file.. I'm not going to upload each file and post virustotal for them when I know for a 100% without a doubt in my mind, that it's clean. Hmmm maybe because I know where it came from.
