2. Check IT and Programming - SEO section as your skills
3. Find SEO jobs - apply - bid (always between 200-300$ and 3-5 days time frame)
4. Perform the SEO job...if you dont know how to do basic SEO (WHAAAAT????) - outsource that on fiverr!
5 Get Paid!

It may not be easy to make 200 per hour but you need to take action...and this method is good for taking action...

LOL this is just stupid, 99% of the fiver gigs are utter crap, and you want to sell those services to people on outsource/freelance sites... you will get in a world of shit with bad reviews and complaining clients, if that is the way you want to build a business go right ahead, but i would not go true all that hassle for a view bucks... i am willing to bet that the creator never made a dime doing this...
