Why are you charging a yearly subscription? – This system is unique and very powerful and whilst it is worth asking a monthly price, we decided however to be extra generous, keep it simple and don’t want to burden you with monthly recurring charges! We are incuring huge ongoing costs for premium high speed hosting for your applications and along with constantly updating the systems to accomodate on-going Facebook changes.

Can I cancel the yearly subscription? – Yes, you can. But remember that when you cancel all your apps and license will be disabled and non-recoverable.

What happens at the end of my first yearly subscription? – We will automatically charge you for your second years subscription.

The software seems to be HOSTED on to your server. What precautions and anti-hacking security do you have in place? – We have spared no expense and our high speed dedicated servers are hosted with a premium service provider and backed by advanced anti-hack measures and monitoring services .

You are hosting all our files and application on to your server. Are we safe? What if you close down and run away? If you see our earlier launch and products. We have a proven long-term record and always support our customers 110%. Can you please explain the licenses a bit? Sure, the Basic and Pro are for ONE facebook profile. YOU CAN’T use this for your clients’ or sell the apps outside. While the Developer license comes with full developer license and you can use this for multiple facebook profiles, multiple clients and sell apps.
The Basic Plan is for 10 apps across all the modules and one facebook profile.
The Pro Plan - 25 apps across all modules and one facebook profile.
The Developer - 100 apps for any number of facebook profiles and you CAN SELL APPS/SERVICE

Why my Facebook Apps and Pages not displaying properly in Chrome? Facebook uses iframe technique to show up the apps and the pages on their website. Chrome prevents view of the images, videos and other content unless it is from a secured server. This is a chrome bug and there are hundreds of complaints all over the internet. We’re trying to crack this issue with a special coding and we hope we should be able to resolve this challenge soon.
