Update: SPYBAR 2.0 (Both Firefox and Chrome included)
Here are the new features included in SpyBar 2.0:
+ Bug fixes for not recognising certain WordPress sites and duplicate plugin results
+ Detection of Dupal and Joomla sites
+ Google Page Rank and Alexa Rank displayed in the results
+ More plugin detection. SpyBar V2.0 is now able to detect more plugins but please remember sometimes SpyBar can’t detect some plugins if they are hidden in scripts or not active on a particular page of the website that the user visits. However, most of the time you’ll find it reveals some new discoveries that are very helpful and of course it only takes 3 seconds to take a quick look of course
+ Additional website analysis (including keywords) using the ahrefs link in the More Info section. Please remember to register for a free account with ahrefs to enable this feature.
+ Alternate theme detection. This helps (sometimes) when a WP Theme has been renamed. In these cases SpyBar 2.0 now tries to return results “ThisSiteTheme / canvas” where the entry after the “/” provides more information.
IMPORTANT: To use the new ahrefs feature, please ensure you register for a FREE account with them. It’s well worth it as it’s a brilliant service!
