I run CPA offers from CPA Networks but recently last month found Partnerwithpaul.com CPA offer,signed up directly and promoted.Have received three pays from them as they pay weekly.They pay $2.5 per name and email submit[$50 minimum withdrawal].Anyone who knows direct offers that one can sign up directly with the owners and promote it without involving major CPA networks?
