Thanks for this. Total BS. Rehash from Gene's ebook. Buying "Dentist in New York" type domains, get the dentists to pay to advertise and then flip. Don't waste your time because I am telling you from experience. This does not work regardless what anyone says. I tried this year ago and spent $500 on a script to do everything ( sourcing domain, creating site, sending emails). I register about 50 domains and only manage to sell one for $99.
