I have a problem opening a developers account at
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/developer/dashboard

Because google says "uh techincal error has occurred"...
I'll pay anyone 9$ for opening a google account paying the 5$ fee...
(that's 4$ for a 5 minutes work)...
