There are no extra landing page templates in the original share by Pumpkin, so I can't give you this files.
But Twilio is integrated, you can see "Enable Twilio Integration" in Settings page in the plugin.
You can fill Twilio credentials there.

And please make sure it's a nulled version you upload. I updated the old version from my admin and was asked to put in the license number....which I don't have, of course...

What I changed on this plugin is the license check for both the standard and the pro license. Only.
So All the features should be working.
I have just try the contact form as a business, and I get it worked.
To get the email when the prospect fills out the contact form,
- in Settings, you need to fill the email "Business Page View BCC" and the email "Contact Request BCC"
- To simulate a view of prospect, you need either to logout of your wordpress and view the page, or load the page in another browser, and then, fill the contact form.

I bought the developer license and the OTO. This one was well worth buying if you are serious about Mobile. I now have three of my sales people using it on a daily basis and we are closing deals!
Sorry I don't have the latest version, I downloaded from OP, then nulled it
