ClickBank not supported Bangladesh country. How can i use this?

The plugin has IP limit (up to 3 IP's) per license. Pretty much useless if you have multiple servers... Even for legitimate users.

I made up the CB transaction ID, used a 10minutemail.com address and got the first email requesting the confirmation of the subscription. When I pasted the confirmation URL in the address bar, the download for the plugin just popped up and I got that. But it's been a while and the second email with registration key is not showing up at all.

Did anyone have any luck getting the second email with the key?
