Is there anyway to activate the google Sharelock bonus? It is asking for a paypal Email to activate...

Anyone having success getting the autoresponder portion to work on the Landing page? I have tried my own autoresponder and mailchimp. I can understand my own not working but I am following the instructions for mailchimp and what is noted on the instructions is not what I see from my mailchimp html code.
