Received the license just a day back while I was taking a siesta!!!!
License type Professional and with it Ultramailer can be installed in two PCs.

I received the license key in a matter of 5 min without any questions from them. I wonder why others don't yet. Maybe the country phone number you give is in conflict with your IP address because you are using proxy on the fly. Try to give them the correct country/area code phone Number that conforms to your IP add. Hope this will help.
I sent them an email and I got my license a few hours later. Thanks OP
