1. Join affiliate CPA Networks
2. Creating Your Account At Formspring.me (use royalty pic of someone smiling)
3. Select Offer You're Going To Promote (international email submits recommended) (use bityl)
4. Click browse tabs, use the spam section and promote offers. (while not being spammy/ask questions and be real)

He literally gives no other details on how to make this strategy work. Should I follow people, try to make friends? I just signed up and posted my first question/promote offer and the question isn't even showing up in the feed haha.
