No onlegger,

You get so many FREE downloads in an hourly time limit, but if you want to bypass that restriction, THAN you have to buy a premium account.

See onelegger, It may have taken me 3 days to download (remember it's 7 gigs), but at least I didn't need a premium account to do it.
