I'm the owner of CommentBandit and came upon this thread. I'm glad you guys found our site and are enjoying it :).
As the OP stated, our site is a completely hands-off, software-free, system that does exactly what ScrapeBox does - but for free! Simply give us your Blogs List (the sites you want to make a comment on), and your websites (to make a backlink to), and we will post your websites as comments on your Blogs List. You can optionally provide us with the Names/Emails/Comments too!
