Blanking Refferals Made Easier

If you're tired of manually editing my PHP files for the double metarefresh to work... this is the tool for you!
What does it do?
Generates two pages (rd1.php and randompage.php)that should blank the referer before forwarding onto your offers...the first is a simple metarefresh to the second page... the second page holds 3 variables that are links to your offers... it also does a check to make sure the referer is actually blank before forwarding your visitor on...if it isn't, it will redirect back to rd1...
