On your second plan, what do you mean by "super hugs" and does your system able to index links from forum profile and pdf doc shared on issuu, etc?

What kind of links can achieve 75% indexing rate using your system?

Super Hugs are extra processing our system gives to higher valued links. Lets say you submitted a PR0, High OBL link with no Moz or Majestic rank. That would be precessed normally. Lets also say you submit a PR2, Low OBL link with Moz and Majestic rank. Our system would detect this and give that link extra processing to help insure indexing and extra link juice.

And yes, it can index profile and doc share links. The 75% index rate was a system wide rating when we last checked all links submitted index rates. I didn't break the links down to see what % they were.
