It would seem that this product has been reborn. Now being marketed by the same author as Instant Header Presence at $24. It still looks like an online product. Bummer.

It's not software, it's a web base application.
I'm still using it. I'm sorry I don't know how get the registration page.
If someone will teach me how, I will do it. :D
