Please upload mediafire, hotfile etc etc.

I download file from above given link, but the file format is Windows Shell Common Dll and that not open, can you upload it winrar format?

Try to change the extension to .rar and than see what happened.. I compress this file through Winrar only.. don't know why nutshell is interfearing..
