It starts but then I always get a "Times Out" message with no results!

Sorry, I feel that I am asking a duh question, but as there are no dumb questions here goes; How do you -Remove the host file lines then redownload setup from step 1, re add the host file lines and start software

Okay for the Windows, you go to Notepad. Right click, run as administrator.
Click open from Notepad. Go to C drive, windows, system 32, drivers, etc folder. Show all files. Click on host, the top file.
Now enter the IP address provided and the url. Then click save. After install, just open the program and have that imsoldier.com as license address.

i installed old version, it is function, but it need adwords account where my adwords account banned,
then it ask for update, after update, the email show no license for this email.
i delete whole thing and reinstalled with old version(delete all cache, restore windows to before update as such no memory for this software)
than it is function again, but still need Adwords accounts
a good product but i have to leave it as i do not Adwords account

Hi guys... when I try to include a keyword and expand it, the software give me "time out" and did not scrap more keywords... any help to solve it?

Not working at all... it does not expand the keywords related and does not fetch the data search...
I included my adword login (it says logged in), however it seems it does not connect with adwords and then give the time out without showing anything...
could you help on it?
