Today I have received a message claiming to be from Payza titled: Payza: Action Required Final Notice

Message says:

Dear Member

You need follow final step transition From Alertpay To Payza before you can use full access your Payza account!

Please click on the following link to validate your account:

Click here to validate your account.

If you not follow this final step your account will temporary frozen with unknown period.

After you click the link to validate your account the page will open asking to

verify your Payza account by filling out with your email, password and Transaction PIN.

This looks like a SCAM, so be careful and don't give out your info!

It seems the email you received was a scam. The rule of thumb is NEVER TO FILL YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS INTO ANY FORM OR CLICKABLE LINK FROM AN EMAIL SENT TO YOU.

That is a pure case of 'Phishing'.

ALWAYS GO TO THE URL ADDRESS BAR DIRECTLY GUYS TO GO TO ANY WEBSITE ESPECIALLY FINANCIAL OR MEMBERSHIP SITES! NEVER, EVER CLICK ON ANY EMAIL LINK TO GO TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP SITE!!!

(By the way, I believe that that scam was not with the knowledge of Payza itself.)

It is actually quite simple to avoid such kind of phishing messages. If you move your mouse pointer over alleged link to Payza, PayPal, LinkedIn, Facebook or any other link in phishing e-mail and in the bottom left corner of your browser you should see where the link REALLY lead. Just like this harmless example:

www.google.com

You see that visible link shows Google but it actually leads to Yahoo. :)
