If its cracked you could probably use any password and username you like.

I do not know what you are doing, but I just tested it and it worked for me. I just put in a few keystrokes for the user and password and a few seconds later it was open and ready to be used.

Try to uninstall the program.
Then reinstall and copy the crack over.
If you can take a video of the entire process of installing and running NHS for me, I can help you better.
Also, it looks like you are on a mac. This might not work for a mac.
