Ok so I just made a quick read-through and this is my 2 Euro cents... :)
It is pretty much the same old concept of making (a lot of) niche Wordpress blogs for highly payable keywords but it does explain keyword research, the whole setup process in great details, lists necessary plugins and how to set them up and then continue explaining how to drive traffic using social media, instead of relying on Google and other search engines, and (of course) blog commenting. So, nothing spectacular, all in all nicely explained and laid out even for the total beginners. :) Author does recommend some work to be outsourced but you cn do it yourself as well, if you wish.
Bottom line, I'll try something like it, but instead of going for multiple domains, as explained in the manual, I'll go for subdumains of a single domain. :) Eventually.
Not sure when I'll be able to pull it out but hopefully in a month or so. :)
