Need Help and Knowing about the reverse SEO method.
That's negative SEO, not reverse SEO.
What is the url for this .gov site?
I don't think it would be illegal if it's a .gov site and I think you will find it very difficult to drop it down in serps too, especially as you don't even know the correct terms for the task in hand.
Instead of wasting time trying to learn a job that you obviously do not understand why don't you just do legit SEO on your clients site until it outranks the so called illegal .gov site?

Good luck F****** with the California Department of Corporations, if I was you I would leave them alone.
If you start to attack them I think you may find yourself in some trouble that you cant get out of!
You do not understand the task required to take down a site and the one you choose to practice on just happens to be owned by the US government! Are you crazy or just stupid??
Yeah you are right man i'm also thinking For ddos this is the only way to shit out of this

Hairy you also right man i'll be in trouble if i do something wrong with the site i'll be stay away this type of negative SEO thanks for advice me Hairy
DDOS is not going to drop them in serps, and if they have the server I think they have it may not even affect them unless you have a good DDOS service that you can use.
Don't get caught mate, it's really not worth the hassle, remember who owns that site!
