They are the same design mate! I've installed previous PLR blogs so.
I also have full 44 PLR blogs and another up-to 100 PLR blogs (I brought from WSO) but my HDD has crashed,
So I 've sent out for repair.
This PLR package is also nice!

new PC but i can't upload couz my ISP (also new one). It's very hard for me to upload the data around 10MB.

can you create torrent? if so then it may be slow but at least we can get it to mirror.
