its because the word 'part' is included in the link - if you cut and paste the url without 'part' it works....

Thanks for the share... These are some large files. Like most PLR bundles, you will find a lot of stuff inside that you may just delete depending on what niche markets you are interested in... But you will also find some gold that you can use or repurpose for your needs. Digging around inside, I found a few things that have really looked good to me, so it is worth your time to download and investigate for yourself.
